Dalai beachwear was created in 2006 by the Brazilian model and journalist Aline Moreira and her passion for the beach, nature and fashion combined with her desire to open her own business led to the creation of Dalai which, in Mongolian, means OCEAN. All DALAI’s bikinis are produced in-house with prints designed exclusively for the brand. Aline oversees the whole process of the development from the design to the production. For Aline, the woman who wears Dalai is sophisticated, elegant, stylish and has an amazing personality and it is with this woman in mind that Dalai gets the inspirations for their designs.
