Banago has become a major success amongst the globe trotting fashion industry, with such big name retailers as Jcrew, Anthropologie, Wynn Hotel resorts, Trina Turk, Beams Japan, Nordstrom supporting its brand. With this success, its network of over 400 women artisans continues to grow and will soon extend to other regions of the Philippines to help to support more local artisan communities. In the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan, many of the homes of these women artisans were completely destroyed, and it is the mission of Banago to help to restore the lives and homes of these women.
