RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you are delighted with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange a Product for you or offer you a full refund, subject to your compliance with our returns policy.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Email info@bleue.co.uk to tell us why you want to send your item(s) back within 14 days of receiving your products. If an item is faulty or damaged, please provide details.
  1. You will then have 7 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us. Simply fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and send the unsuitable items back to us.
  1. Include your completed dispatch note/returns form inside of your returns parcel as this will now serve as your returns invoice.

UK RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

To make the return process as simple as possible, we will send you an email with a prepaid return label. A fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return to return the item within 14 days to our address

Print your label at home, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your local Post Office.

We recommend that you keep proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.

Please note that all returns should be sent back in their original condition and with their labels still attached. Once we have received your return, we will then process your refund. Exchanges are free.

RETURN YOUR ORDER IN STORE

For a hassle-free return process, we invite you to come to our store and drop off your items. Our team will provide you with a receipt, and forward your order to our website team for processing a refund. Alternatively, you can explore our store for exchange options.

EU & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

In order to return an international order, please use our Returns Portal. You will need your order number, which can be found at the top of your Order Confirmation email. Please repack your item(s) and accompanying invoice/returns form in its original packaging, then send it back to us within 14 days of purchase. Upon receipt of your items, please allow 1-2 days to process your refund. Your refund amount will reflect the return shipping cost that was deducted. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

GENERAL

The items you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, and garment tags are still attached. See the “Condition of Returns” section below for our requirements for returned items. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.

On receipt of the returned item(s) Bleue Ltd will inspect the item(s) and provide the returns as per our returns policy stated above we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit or debit card for the price paid for the products returned. We will not refund original delivery charges unless the items returned were delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.

Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and Bleue Ltd is not responsible for it.

EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

If you wish to exchange part of or all of your order, the quickest and easiest way is to make a new order via our Website. This will ensure minimum delay to your new order arriving. Alternatively, please contact us before you return your parcel, so we put the item on hold and confirm that we have it in stock. Once we receive your returned item (s) we will arrange for an immediate refund to the credit/debit card originally used.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however, all exchanges are based on stock availability.

If you prefer to exchange the item (s) please note that delivery is not free on the replacement item for customers based outside the UK and you might need to pay taxes and duties on this depending on the country.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all brand garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Before your parcel leaves our premises, it is fully checked and controlled by our team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact the Customer Services team immediately.

Where provided, any brand packaging such as dust bags and tags should be included in your return.

In addition to the general policy set out above, the following additional requirements apply to returns of specific types of items:

Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled, and will be sent back to you and the request for a refund or exchange denied.

Footwear should be returned unmarked and in its original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
